Charter Oak Health Plan – Only one hospital so far

It looks like only St. Raphael’s Hospital in New Haven will accept the new Charter Oak Health plan. Hopefully more facilities and physicians will sign up, but right now, it looks like few doctors and fewer hospitals are coming on board.
